a couple with children reportedly renting the property for the last 6 months, and according to the property owners, a dozen teenage boys and said to be in a club basketball team. but according to the city councilman who lives in the area, there was more going on at this home. >> they bring in youth from other parts of the country and they rent out a home and they stack as many kids as into the home. and they put them out selling door-to-door, usually magazines but the individuals never get them. >> it's strange in this neighborhood. you wouldn't expect it. >> we should tell you, no one was arrested here today in this case. a case that we're told originated out of the state of virginia. a spokesperson for the u.s. attorney's office there told us

this video, pretty tough to watch, two people dead after a wrong-way driver triggered this fiery crash on loop 101 and other drivers tried to stop it but couldn't get the driver to stop. we talked to one the witnesses and he joins us live. >>reporter: these other drivers said the suspected drunk driver walked up to them at this circle-k and as pump 1, that white toyota there. when they tried to help him, he got violent and he got back in his car and we know it was too late. just after 3:00 a.m., a driver going the wrong way eastbound in a westbound lane near 51st avenue and he crashed into another car and it hit a freeway wall an caught fire.
